Walk in patients
Walk-in patients are welcome during our clinical hours (up to 5.30pm), however booking an appointment is strongly recommended due to possible long waiting times as priority is given to booked appointments. If an appointment is not immediately available, our aim is to provide an appointment within 24 hours.
Medical emergencies out of hours
Should you have a medical emergency when our centre is closed, here are some options you may find helpful:
- 1. Dial 999 if you believe there is a life-threatening emergency such as severe chest pain, breathing difficulties, severe bleeding or loss of consciousness.
- 2. To obtain advice on the best course of action for less urgent problems, you may wish to consult the NHS Direct website or call the NHS Direct helpline on 0845 46 47.
