Travel Clinic Services at Doctor Today
Our popular fast-track travel clinic at Doctor Today offers you an individually-tailored course of travel vaccinations, anti-malarial medication and travel advice appropriate to your destination(s), length of stay and personal medical circumstances. The consultation for this service is free if vaccinations and/or anti-malarial medications to the value of £30 or more are purchased; otherwise an advice fee of up to £30 applies. We are a registered Yellow Fever Centre.
You can get a rough idea of what vaccinations and/or malaria precautions you might need, establish the likely cost and book a travel clinic consultation in three easy steps:
-
Click on the region containing your destination in the world map below.
This will allow you to consult the relevant section of the NHS Fit for travel website; note that the information provided is for guideline purposes only and may not be comprehensive, current or appropriate to your personal circumstances. At Doctor Today our travel clinic advisers have access to the specialist TRAVAX™ database containing the most comprehensive and up-to-date information regarding health conditions at destinations around the world. They are also trained in identifying your special needs (e.g. vaccinations recommended may vary according to factors such as the length of your stay, your personal vaccination history, potential interactions with other medication you may be taking, and whether or not you are pregnant).
- Consult our services and prices list to obtain detailed medical and pricing information about individual vaccinations or anti-malarials, as well as our value-for-money travel vaccination packages.
- Call us on 020 7433 1444, fill in our contact us web form or email us at enquiries@doctortoday.co.uk if you have any questions or wish to book a travel clinic appointment. Note that, ideally, you should start planning at least 12 weeks ahead of travelling, which gives plenty of time to space your vaccinations for maximum effect and safety. Accelerated regimes can be done in as little as 4 to 6 weeks, and in emergency in even less time, although this is not ideal.
