Opening Hours

Normal Hours

The Doctor Today centre is open from 8am to 8pm on Mondays to Fridays, and 10am to 4pm on Saturdays. Walk-in patients are welcome 10am to 2pm and 4pm to 7:30pm Monday to Friday, and 10am to 3:30pm on Saturday. We are closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and Christmas Day.

Medical emergencies out of hours

Should you have a medical emergency when our centre is closed, here are some options you may find helpful:

1. Dial 999 if you believe there is a life-threatening emergency such as severe chest pain, breathing difficulties, severe bleeding or loss of consciousness.
2. To obtain advice on the best course of action for less urgent problems, you may wish to consult the NHS Direct website or call the NHS Direct helpline on 0845 46 47.
3. You may contact our private emergency service provider DoctorCall on 020 7291 6666. Please note that you will be personally liable for any fees incurred and that use of this service this is NOT covered under any of our membership schemes.
